2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful collaboration, clients agree to:

- Respond to requests and approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refrain from using our services for unethical or illegal marketing practices.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service delays or termination.
3. Payment & Billing
- All services are billed as agreed upon in our client contract or proposal.
- Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions.
- Monthly retainers and ongoing services require auto-renewal unless canceled in writing 15 days before the next billing cycle.
- We do not offer refunds on completed services due to the nature of digital marketing work.
4. Intellectual Property
- All strategies, ad creatives, website designs, and marketing content developed by B&B Digital Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Clients retain ownership of any marketing assets, data, and branding elements they provide to us.
- Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
- We respect your privacy and handle client data with the highest level of security.
- Information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except when required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
- We strive for the highest-quality results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in SEO rankings, ad performance, or revenue growth.
- B&B Digital Marketing is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing campaign performance and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
